Fell not well, I decide to not going out to day. (I try to not consume any medicine, high risk for future)
Tray to think positive, I can use this day free to more open blog or web entrepreneur coach and read some success story, that has make me more positively to take this way. I have much dream, previous I just say and pass away all, and now I want try to write every idea and dream in my mind. I really believe with LOA.
I was remember my fist post about I want create my own spa?
Related with my interested to know more method investment in property. Base of some books I have a read, there are some way to get a property
1.Buy with full from own cash
2.Buy with DP fist and the rest credit is by own money.
3.Buy with full cash from bank, cause analysis value from bank more high with sell value from the owner, so for DP is done, then can rent that property to pay a credit and make passive income for us
4.Buy with full cash from bank and make more high passive income? I mean, with join with related mitra (trusted bank) to buy the property…..still hard to imagine??

For easy, make in real case.
My idea is combine herbal health center with spa therapy, also with tourism home stay
I believe can more easily to get credit permission from the bank. This combine can be best recommended and be example for other. My reason is
1.With minimum effort we can have our property
2.Beside place be an herbal health center, with home stay concept our guest can choice packet of herbal relax spa, or therapy herbal, or other.
3.Other way. Spa in my mind before is traditional herbal treatment just for newborn mom and baby. I believe much value can we get it. With niche customer we can deal to get back up (RS IBU) to recommend our product services. By open in our home stay herbal spa, we can also come to customer place by order. This idea base of my own story when I help to care a baby from my sister. It’s so hard for us to fine treatment for a newborn mom and therapy for baby also.
4.We can minimum cost for furniture by uncommon display product area. My perceptive for this project is start in max 8 – 10 room with exclusive pavilion style or family home style (by share kitchen and public space with other like real home) this concept really work in my place. Back to furniture we can use room for display furniture and display product fully just one room for one client. One room with other can be different, or we can share by pay rent furniture (I really want take 2 room) be more passive income, don’t u?
5.And much opportunity can open in this place……

Back to me.
I really sure about this idea. Home stay herbal spa. Is a new concept home stay for, special choose to stay relax by traditional herbal therapy and it be kind of next differentiation product and services.
Its juts idea of me….. I have zero of business knowledge and nothing in view of business, but I proud has create some idea minimum, I was practice to draw my Business Plan

Ordinary day

Hi all.

This day I have doing some activity, like go to bank, for in-out cash for make good financial record, go to check my Sc (SongketS Case) order. Search my Repackages project stuff in some grosir. Yesterday My dormitory own daughter give me address a bag factory, it’s so far away, is in wates street area, sentolo, right? I must go for it.

Other ways I will leave this place (dormitory), it’s hard cause finally I meet a very kind-hearted family. They work background is Oil Company long time ago, Have going around the world; it’s the reason why the concept design and style idea for this place is so unique.

For broad student this place well recommended. For me? It’s so reward, my friend recommended to me. Having know many uniquely friend in some of country in more intensively. Open much idea and business prospect. Like what is they need (type of place, food, facility like news paper to they know agenda kegiatan wisata, or translator, target place where they want to go, kind of stuff they like, how long they stay annually, or what kind of guide and much). Have read my blog about yogyess grow concept? Can be a solution, I think.

For this season much of they just come to holiday or spend less time in indo. But for study reason, ok but not much. They hope yogyess have some concept tourism- base study ethnic culture, and can publicize in Online so they can know and make agenda to join. Example they really need to learn about batik, gamelan, made wayang kulit, traditional dancing. Of course they so selective about teacher knowledgeable. As much as I know, all room has full for reservation until November ’08.

I think this a potential. it make me interest to investment in property area, according to some aspirator coast say “u don’t need any money to buy a house”, how come? Similar to prospect word, Shilla is first daughter of my own dormitory, have business export Trade', to Europe specially Spain and Italia. And the proud is she just 24 years old! Hemmm high recommended don’t ya, after finish high Scholl she take 1 year business program. And yeah she has made it…… I can say, she like trusses agent for Europe link market. I have given my sample product and she said its good unique idea. She has some alternative market for it. I has asking about criteria of export stuff, she said for export, any product think especially to Europe or US, quality guaranty, it must; include not color change, not volume or body change, work well, est. Min 2 mouth for little stuff category. For simple U can see in OP surf stuff? They really care about it; U can change the product if we saw sketch or changes product with a new one, in flexible law category, really.

For Millad 2 TDA, I really want to go. But the days really don’t match, causes I have promise before, I wish I can fine solution about it. Amiin

Have seeing any success a member in off-line gathering before, make me so shame. Honestly for start business I don’t have any format or how do I start? What kind criteria of business we can choose for beginner? Or we must know by self by action any think to make get the point?

I’m so tired in fully happy.

My decided coming to off-line gathering, this day at Mr. Bams house is right. In that forum I haven meet shiny, kindly, friendly and brightly of guy… guy... guy… guy and just 2 srikandi from smrg join with, include me off course.

Honestly that time, zero confidence attack me, because I have nothing and just started all, U know. Around me has good start, has success, has master business really, and more of high….. I’m feeling so desperate, hiks.
